--The Padres have adjusted their rotation because of Monday's rainout in Philadelphia. Monday's scheduled starter, RHP Kevin Correia, will face Pittsburgh in San Diego on Friday night, with RHP Shawn Hill pushed back to Saturday and RHP Jake Peavy starting Sunday.
--Veteran OF Cliff Floyd, who has been on the disabled list since the start of the season with a shoulder injury, had his right knee drained Saturday, further delaying the start of a rehab assignment. Floyd was scheduled to depart Monday for a rehab assignment with Class A Lake Elsinore. Now he'll return to San Diego and have the knee examined. "We'll know more in two or three days," Padres manager Bud Black said. --The Padres' rainout in Philadelphia on Monday night will create a travel problem for the club later in the season. Among the possible makeup dates are May 11 on a scheduled off day between Houston and Chicago and July 23 on an open date leading into a trip to Washington and Cincinnati.
